KAMLOOPS YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION WELCOMES YOU TO THE 30TH ANNUAL KYSA CUP TOURNAMENT
Victoria Day Long Weekend MAY 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2008
Divisions: Boys and Girls, U12-U18 (see age chart on Apply page)
Selection: Teams will be selected on first “completed” registration, first serve basis.
Format: Teams must be prepared to play an early morning Saturday game. Registration is on Friday evening. Last games begin around noon on the Monday depending on the game layout for the division. Teams will play in either a matrix or a round robin format.
We reserve the right to combine or modify divisions. All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 (three) games. Teams will be playing at their caliber level according to the information that is given to us on the application form. Please fill out completely and accurately.
Awards: First and second place winners will receive awards.
Entry Fee: Tournament Fee: $425. No registration will be accepted without payment. MasterCard, Visa and team cheques accepted. Confirmation will not be sent until a completed registration form and entry fee has been received. No refunds after April 11th, 2008.
Book accommodation when registering.
Acceptance: Entry deadline: April 4th, 2008 Notification of acceptance will be emailed once registration form and entry fee have been received.
