Victoria Day Long Weekend ~ MAY 19, 20 and 21st.

Application Deadline: Sunday, April 15th, 2012.

Divisions: Boys and Girls, U12-U18 (see age chart on "Apply" page)

Selection: Teams will be selected on first-registered, first-served basis. A team will not be considered entered until payment received. Notification of acceptance will be emailed once registration form and entry fee have been received.

Eligibility: All teams must be registered with their provincial or state association.

Format: Teams must be prepared to play an early morning game on Saturday (first round of games usually start at 8:30am) or the last round of games (starting at 7:00pm), depending on the format for the division. Teams will play in either a matrix or a round robin format.

KYSA reserves the right to combine or modify divisions. All teams will be scheduled for four games. Teams will be placed in a group at their level, according to the information that is provided on the application form. Please fill out completely and accurately.

Awards: First and second place finishers in each group will receive awards.

Entry Fee: U12–U15 age groups, $400 (no assistant referees); U16– U18 age groups, $450 (assistant referees provided). No registration will be accepted without payment. MasterCard, Visa and team cheques accepted. Confirmation will not be sent until a completed registration form and entry fee has been received. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 15, 2012.
